Thanks so much for creating this wonderful product! A few days before Christmas, I came into contact with poison ivy. By early the next day, I had broken out in an itchy rash on my arms, neck and chest. The rash was spreading, and by the fourth day, the only place I didn't have it was from my knees down. I tried several over-the-counter remedies, and nothing was helping at all.

I was desperate for a solution, so I searched on the Internet for help. I read from several sources about your product, Zanfel. I'm very skeptical, and I was reluctant to try it, but I kept reading about how well it worked. I called Rick Smith, an experienced pharmacist who endorses the product.

After talking with Rick, I felt sure it was safe, so I ordered the product. The same day I received the product, I saw my allergist. He encouraged me to get a cortisone shot. Because the rash was so widespread on my body, he thought that was the best way to bring the swelling down and to stop the process. I really didn't want to take cortisone, and I told him I wanted to try Zanfel first. I got a prescription for an oral steroid as well as samples of an antihistamine just in case I needed them over the Christmas holidays.

After seeing my doctor, I went home to try Zanfel. It took about 10 minutes to apply in the shower, and I felt immediate relief from the itching. About eight hours later, the itching returned, so I again applied Zanfel. That got me through the night without scratching. The next morning, I used it again, and no itching all day. After that, I just applied Zanfel in a few places as they started to itch. Four days after using the product, the worst places of the rash just look like very dry skin. My skin is quickly returning to its normal appearance, and the small lesions are healing very well. The best part was that I never had to take the steroid or the antihistamines. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Thanks,
Lisa Sawyer
